Participation & Health Requirements
Boxing is a high-intensity physical activity. By registering for our classes, you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating safely. SBB reserves the right to request a medical release if deemed necessary.
Liability & Waiver
All members and trial participants must execute a physical release and liability waiver prior to their first training session. SBB, its founders, coaches, and facility partners are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost personal property occurred on site.
Billing & Subscriptions
Monthly memberships auto-renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations must be completed at least 3 days prior to the billing cycle to avoid the subsequent charge.
Refund Policy
We strive to offer premium physical training and community experiences with clear, fair refund guidelines.
Class Bookings & Drop-ins
Single drop-in passes and Bring-a-Friend Trial reservations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time, and we will gladly credit your booking to a future date.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for unused membership days during a billing cycle. Cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing support.
Club Leader Applications
Application and launch package payments for SBB Club Leaders are subject to our Leader Launch Guarantee. Detailed guarantee parameters and refund eligibility criteria are outlined within individual Leader License Agreements.

- Respectful Interaction: Bullying, harassment, or derogatory comments of any kind (whether related to race, creed, physical ability, or skill level) will not be tolerated.
- Supportive Attitude: SBB is designed specifically for beginners. Experienced members are expected to support, guide, and lift up those who are brand new to the sport.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of SBB membership without a refund.
