Member Registration FAQ
Quick answers to common registration questions.
Yes, absolutely! SBB is designed precisely for beginners. Most members have never wrapped their hands or hit a pad before. Our coaches walk you through every technique step-by-step.
It means there is zero sparring, throwing punches at other people, or being hit. All striking drills are executed on focus mitts held by coaches or on boxing heavy bags. This eliminates any risk of impact injury while still delivering a highly effective workout.
Yes. SBB training spaces are women-only and protected from public views. We welcome covered women, niqab/hijab-wearing athletes, and support whatever modest athletic wear you feel comfortable training in.
When you click buy, you are redirected to a secure, PCI-compliant Square checkout page. After payment, your spot is reserved. Simply present your digital receipt upon arrival at your first session.
Boxing gloves are available for use in our locations. For safety and hygiene, handwraps are required for all members after their first class. You can purchase SBB-branded handwraps for $11 at the door, or bring your own.
