Not at all! SBB is explicitly designed for absolute beginners. We teach you from the ground up, starting with your stance, footwork, and basic punches.
No. SBB classes are strictly non-contact. Training focuses on shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and focus pads. You will never be hit by another participant.
Wear any comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Modest athletic wear is fully supported. Clean indoor training shoes are required.
Yes. SBB spaces are private and fully respectful of covered women, niqab/hijab wearing participants, and those looking for modest fitness environments.
Active classes run up to 5 days/week across our network. You can coordinate your preferred weekly spots upon signup.
