Not at all! This program is explicitly designed for complete beginners. We will walk you through every step, starting from how to stand correctly.
No. This is a strictly non-contact program. You will hit focus pads or practice punches in the air, but you will never be hit by another person.
Wear whatever workout clothing makes you feel most comfortable and allows you to move freely. Indoor running or training shoes are required. Our environment is fully respectful of those who choose modest attire.
Absolutely. We prioritize creating a safe, no-pressure environment. You are always welcome to take a break, watch, or participate at your own pace. There is no judgment here.
